  What is there to say about a Mc Donald's that's useful. Ok let me see. I don't like their food. I find their coffee just barely alright. I
  like friendly staff and that's how they are here. I like free fast wifi and it provides it. I like clean toilets and this place provides same. I like easy free parking and that works here. It was a very busy place when I was there and there was plenty of staff to try to cope but they were non-stop. Five tills going at once. The toilets were well maintained despite the throughput or should that be poo and pee put. Sorry couldn't resist. The place inside was kept just about clean but some of the tables and particularly those outside were sticky with bits of stale sauce residue and they were obviously stained. The outside litter bins were crammed full too with papers on the ground. There's one real bit of stupidity - there's one sauce and condiment station; yes just one. Here there's two pumps side by side for tomato and barbecue sauce with the wee fiddly paper pots to hold the sugar based sauces. Only room for one person at a time. So just imagine the queue of people that builds up after coming away from the five tills just to get sauce, salt, milk, pepper, straws etc. Won't be in a hurry back, maybe next year, or the year after.

  This McDonald's located at Sprucefield Shopping Centre is always very busy. I tried it over the weekend and picked up a drive through meal which was a bit underwhelming.
  
  My Spicy Vegetable Deluxe burger was mediocre and obviously quickly flung together. The chips and coffee were predictable McDonald's standard and palatable enough, but nothing to get excited about.
  
  Service was quick but poor. The staff didn't ask if I wanted milk or sugar for my Americano. I didn't but they should at least ask.
  
  I was also very surprised that I saw no recycling bins in the car park, just standard rubbish bins. Not very environmentally friendly. Overall quite disappointing, so I don't think I'll be returning.
